As part of the MMCCU effort to develop curriculum materials that were more relevant for co-operative business MMCCU began a series of Symposia.  The first was the Symposium on Co-operative Accounting.  Out of the initial series of papers and some further research the Centre Of Excellence in Accounting and Reporting for Co-operatives (CEARC)
